CropX Limited is looking for a Agronomy Customer Support to join our awesome team in central Wellington, NZ.

CropX Limited is part of CropX Technologies, a global start-up (45 employees) – the world’s leading in-soil analytics platform.

Responsibilities

We are looking for Agronomy Customer Support, responsible for the following:

  • Quickly respond to customers in a professional and compassionate manner – able to identify issues and resolve them and communicate effectively with customer via phone, email or other communication channels.
  • Use understanding of basic agronomy and agri-tech solutions to assist customers interpret data and insights, and to diagnose issues.
  • Find creative and resourceful solutions and think outside the box when faced with new issues.
  • Work with customers to on-board and walk-through both the hardware and software.
  • Customized reporting for key customers to ensure delivery of the highest standards of customer experience.
  • Assist with order and returns processing, providing invoices and up-to-date balances
  • Help manage sales funnel with Sales managers, work with leads as needed

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Confident and clear spoken communication skills
  • Good orientation in tech environment, including Windows applications, IOS and Android.
  • Basic level of MS Office/Google Suite
  • Agronomic background and education
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with multiple interfaces, including verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible, excel in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task
  • Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and commitment to high quality work
