Finance Manager (Temp Position)

CropX Technologies, an exciting start-up (45 employees worldwide) located in Poleg is looking for an experienced Senior Controller / Finance Manager to join our awesome team.

The Finance Manager role is a replacement for Maternity leave – work period – February 2021 until October 2021 (with the option to extend for additional period)

 

Responsibilities

As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for timely and accurate execution of all aspects of financial management, including: accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, development of internal control policies and procedures to ensure controls and checks across all accounts are in place. Provide financial input in the decision-making process of the company.

Reports to: CEO

Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years as Senior Controller / Financial Manager in a high-tech, high growth environment with demonstrated career advancement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with Accounting – master’s degree- Advantage
  • CPA required
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills.
  • Possess high level of analytical skills; problem-solving, prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient and effective manner and Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English and Hebrew
  • “Hands on” personality, high attention to details capability.
  • Proactive, service oriented with a “can-do” attitude
