Responsibilities

We are looking for a Technical Support Coordinator to be responsible for the following:

  • Product configuration and setup of new customers on CropX propriety systems, while working with 3rd party data integration
  • Implementation processes
  • IT support
  • Website maintenance
  • Liaise with central IT team (based in Israel)
    • Customer support – Respond professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email or other communication channels.
    • Find creative and resourceful solutions and think outside the box when faced with new issues.
    • Work with customers to on-board and walk-through both the hardware and software

Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Diverse technical knowledge, tech savvy
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with multiple interfaces, including verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident & clear spoken communication skills
  • Flexible, excel in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task
  • Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and commitment to high quality work
